Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and licensed Boiler Operators to join our team, working across various locations within the United States. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial boilers and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation at client sites. Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and willing to travel frequently as assignments may vary across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial boiler systems to ensure safe and reliable function.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions, coordinating with on-site staff as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid Boiler Operator License in the state(s) of work or ability to obtain licensing for multiple states.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in boiler operation or similar field.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
