About Us

With over 20 years of operating experience, I started this company with two goal’s in mind: to be a better employer than my previous employers and to provide excellent service to all our customers.  I’ve worked for a couple of companies that either offered low hourly wages, didn’t pay overtime, or provided no benefits.  Being a boiler operator and stationary engineer, this infuriated me and ultimately led me to start our business, STEAM SOS, to provide better opportunities and lifestyles for any operator who wanted to join our team.  After being in business for several years, we are proud to say we are accomplishing that goal. We provide high wages to our boiler operators, and they have the opportunity to travel all over the United States while working at various locations.  Our customers are also pleased with our work, and you can read their feedback on our homepage.

What’s Next?

What’s next? Growth! Our goal is to become the number one company in the United States 🇺🇸 for boiler operators.  Even if it’s not directly related to a job, we aim to support further education and help individuals obtain certifications and licenses for various states and cities across the United States. Our goal is to assist them in advancing their careers and, in return, potentially work together with us in the future.
